Soleil began as a small terrace above the Ionian, opened by a family who grew up along this coast and wanted to share its rhythm with those passing through.
Each morning begins at the harbour, choosing the day's catch from local fishermen. In the kitchen, that fish meets olive oil, citrus, herbs from the hills behind Dhërmi — nothing more than it needs.
The result is quiet, sun-warmed hospitality: long lunches, slow sunsets, and evenings shaped by the sea.
